Free and Reduced Breakfast/Lunch
If you believe that your family income falls within the guidelines of the chart below please complete a Free and Reduced Lunch Application. The application is available at the back of this calendar. You may call Carol Johnson at 330.876.2810 if you should need assistance completing the form, a verbal agreement will serve as your signature.
Students that were in the Free and Reduced Lunch program last year will start the 2012-2013 school year in the program, although, a 2012-2013 application must be submitted and approved for this school year by the second week of school. If application is not made by the third week, regular breakfast and lunch prices will then be charged and parents/guardians will be responsible for the meals purchased.
